The Ministry of Energy and Mines, along with the Sectional Governments and other private and public institutions has emphasized the importance of projecting every new mining development pole, like Junin, El Corazon, Pacto, Wirintza, San Carlos , La Zarza and other projects, under the scheme of the newest technology. Everyone, starting on the smallest , and up to the greatest and most sophisticated mine, will work by the Law, its regulations and the technics.

Under such circumstances, the Ministry will guarantee the communities, that the mining industry can coexist with agriculture, tourism and the ecosystem, creating technical and qualified work hand, for each mining concessionary or concessionary group will be in obligation, not only as a lawful requirement, of hiring proffesional people from the mining, geology and environmental branches to carry out the field operations.

The nature is made up of the animal world, the vegetal world and the minerals, this last group is the basis and foundation for people`s development, for its rational utility, this Ministry has created laws and regulations, which will be aplied as a State Policy during this government, in a more discretional way in order to benefit everyone within the equilateral triangle: State, Enterprises and Community.
